The goritschnigg family, now in it's fourth generation, continues to live hospitality in it's truest sense. Our hotel is right in the centre of velden, giving you direct access to the lake, restaurants and shops, all within short walking distance. Our ideal location offers you both tranquillity and boundless recreation.Furthermore the goritschniggs also acquire an own butchery in the same residence as the hotel and about 5 minutes away the goritschniggs steakhouse. Throughout the day, our ultramodern restaurant lets you enjoy luscious snacks and meals. In the evening it becomes a first class steakhouse, serving you mouth-watering tender steaks and tempting choices from the lush salad buffet.Our breakfast buffet is daily from 07:00 till 11:00 o'clock, and if the weather is fine, outside in our petite and calmy garden.In the summer free entrance to the lido of velden with towel, sunshade and deck chair is in the price included. Hotel Overview:	Our * hotel - garni is a family enterprise, which has been run for over 110 years by the family "goritschnigg". We are located in the center of velden, near the casino velden, reachable by a small side road. That's the reason why our hotel is situated centrally but also very tranquil. Our rooms look on the little side road or on the our litte "feng shui" garden. Besides our hotel, the family "goritschnigg" also run our own butcher's shop, where you get the best liver loaf in kärnten and the "goritschnigg's" (at midday a place where you can buy cheap and good diner and snacks and at evening where you get the best steaks in kärnten).
Cancellation Policy:	In case of noshow or late cancellation we'll charge the first night from the credit card deliberation please: from 1.May until 31.August you acquire to cancel 5 days before . In case of noshow or late cancellation in this distinctive period we'll charge 80% of the entire amount from the credit card
