General Description:	The townhouse hotel guest residence is a chracteristic 17th century canal-side residence (no lift) located in amsterdam's centremost canal locality, a world heritage listed area. It's fine location offers easy access to all major amsterdam attractions, and plenty of tree-lined canals and narrow cobblestone streets for unforgettable, romantic walks. Refurbished in 2006, this hospitable guesthouse offers snug guestrooms with private or shared shower facilities (toilets are all shared) and gorgeous canal views (subject to availability). On-site guest amenities include complimentary wireless internet access in all rooms as well as a pc with free internet access in the lobby. The property does not serve breakfast, but there are an array of restaurants to choose from around the corner in the utrechtsestraat. Some renovation works will take place during the winter season in 2006/2007.

Some of the hotel rooms overlook the canal, providing an ideal backdrop for an authentic stay in this popular city. So if you would like to experience the city from a traditional amsterdam canal residence, then the townhouse hotel is perfect for you. There is no elevator and some of the stairs are steep. Check in will be across the road at prinsengracht 1051! Some of our rooms are located in an annex. This building is situated very near to the main building. Your room can be allocated in this annex.
Cancellation Policy:	Making a booking at our hotel means that you accept our cancellation policy: the reservation can be cancelled 7 days before the arrival date without any charge. If cancelled less then 7 days or you don't show up then you will be charged for the complete stay. Please notice that the hotel will pre-authorize credit card 7 days previous to arrival.
