A contemporary two-floor hotel opened in 2004, the hotel gli dei overlooks the bay of naples from its peaceful location amidst the volcanic fields and archaeological sites around the extinct solfatara volcano, 10 kilometres from naples. Naples capodichino airport is nine kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 20 minutes. Hotel features. The outdoor pool is complemented by a panoramic poolside terrace offering splendid views over the bay of naples. Excursions to naples and the campi flegrei (volcanic fields) can be arranged by staff at the 24-hour front desk, and complimentary transfers to and from the airport are also on offer. On the highways, follow the road direction indication ‘tangenziale' to pozzuoli – through agnano, or via campana, there are various road indicative signs “hotel gli dei” or “solfatara”. With train: from the naples focal station, go to the underground station of piazza garibaldi to take metro to pozzuoli . From any intermediate metro stop it is feasible to reach pozzuoli station.
With a bus: sepsa bus services – piazza garibaldi services – pozzuoli or anm services 152 – piazza garibaldi – pozzuoli. With aeroplane: capodichino airport bus/naples centro – metro (piazza garibaldi – focal (station) or taxi or a rented car (there are various rental companies).
