General Description:	Anglesea beachfront family caravan park, fronts the beach and river and boasts the best location in anglesea. It has a range of accommodation to choose from for all budgets. Spa and deluxe cottages characteristic a queen size bed and bunks, gas heating, air-conditioning, electric blanket, kitchen with microwave, ovens, 2 tvs, dvd player and all linen, blankets, pillows and towels supplied. Popular park cabins and 2 bedroom holiday cabins characteristic ensuite, kitchen with microwave, heating, air-conditioning and tv. Guests need to supply all their own blankets, sheets, pillows and towels etc or it can be supplied for a fee. The park is situated on 16 hectares and the powered sites are roomy, grassy and some are shady. We have a large camp kitchen, tv room, wireless internet facilities, new resort style heated (september - april) outdoor swimming pool and an indoor spa intricate, also new giant jumping pillow, 2 playgrounds, a large recreational oval, beach volley ball court, basketball rings, games room, barbecue facilities and laundry facilities.

The caravan park is just a short 5 minute walk to the shopping centre which features a supermarket, plenty of cafes and shops. The hotel, tennis club and bowling club are also all within a 5 minute walk of the park.
Cancellation Policy:	At least 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of check in time, you will forfeit the full amount for the initial night cancelled.
Car Parking:	All accommodation acquire their own distinct driveways with parking available for one car which is included in the price.
Checkin Policy:	Our reception hours are 8.30am to 9.30pm daily. Late check ins - please persuade reception at time of booking so that arrangements can be made.

Park cabin - the park cabins possess a double bed seperated from the kitchen area by a curtain and triple bunks in a seperate bedroom. There is an ensuite, cooking facilities and tv.
Transportation:	By car, we are located 90 minutes from melbourne. (melway reference 196 g7, highway b100). Anglesea is between torquay (15 minutes) and lorne (30 minutes). The closest airport is avalon airport which is approximately 60 minutes away. By bus or train, the v-line bus service along the great ocean road connects with the train from melbourne to geelong 3 times daily.
