Location mt buller is located in the heart of victoria's high-up country three hours drive from melbourne. The village is positioned 1600m above sea level providing the choice winter skiing playground, whilst the summer season brings a vast array of outdoor activities with breathtaking views. Our sports centre offers a great place to unwind with an heated indoor pool, spa, sauna, steam room, squash courts and a fully equipped gymnasium. Dining facilities the black cockatoo eatery is open daily for breakfast and dinner. We augment an a la carte menu or set menu for groups with trendy australian cuisine. The eatery offers magnificent views overlooking the valleys and mountain ranges. Additionally, we offer the apres cafe bar, open daily from 10am - 5pm offering snacks and relaxed dining. Seating capacity is approximately 60 people. Conference facilities in total the mercure imposing chalet offers six conference/meeting rooms. The main two main conference rooms (conference room 1 & 2) can cater upto 150 persons banquet style with dance floor combined.The conference rooms have an acoustic, sound proof-dividing wall to cater for smaller syndicate groups. Conference rooms have adjustable light settings, which compliment the uncomplicated light from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the valleys. Diana's library and syndicate room are ideal breakout rooms, which can cater from 10-20 persons boardroom style. There are also 4 x boardroom suites, which provide the ultimate in luxury meetings/cocktail parties and can also be used as accommodation. Team building activities in conjunction with la trobe university located directly opposite the chalet, we can organise team-building activities for your group such as indoor rock climbing and abseiling, winery tours, four wheel drive tours, hot air ballooning plus much more. Additionally, extensive activities are obtainable for children.
