Only minutes from marysville, the petite village of buxton is a picturesque drive through the yarra valley with its abundant wineries. As you drive on through the black spur mountain range the feeling of peace and tranquility descends upon you. You are entering successive world. On arriving at silverstream you will find a gorgeous two acre secluded english style garden with gorgeous mountain views and a private stream that winds its way through the bottom of the garden.The birdlife is amazing with lots of radiant king parrots, galahs and rosellas.The smaller varieties of birds can be seen hopping around the garden gathering nectar from the flowers.Lots of places to sit and relax and enjoy nature at its best.

Transportation:	The property is effortless to access by car.Take the maroondah highway all the way into buxton(100k's from melbourne cbd)and turn left into mareeba ave just past the buxton trout and salmon farm. We are the initial driveway on the left in mareeba ave. There is also a mckenzies v/line bus no. 684 that leaves spencer street and will drop you off just past the front gate of silverstream cottages.
