Location. This three-storey resort hotel features conventional chalet-style architecture and is situated within one kilometre of the nearest ski slopes and 17 kilometres from el tarter. Barcelona airport is 200 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Hotel features. The club la dorada el tarter is a ski-in/ski-out property, and the concierge is on hand to offer advice on exploring the surrounding resort. Multilingual staff at the front can offer currency-exchange services. Motorists will find parking facilities on site (surcharge). The surrounding resort offers numerous outdoor activities, including downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, dog-sledding, climbing and walking. From spain : by the motorway e-9 take the direction of the “tunel de cadi”, once you have passed the tunnel, take the national n260 in direction of seu d´urgell and you will arrive in andorra la vella. From andorra take the direction encamp/canillo, drive trough canillo and approx. 3 km away you will see on you right hand side a liquor store “caves manacor”, just after the store, turn left. Drive up the hill (ransol) and at approx. 600 meters on your right and side you will see a phone pack, the reception of el tarter is located up the stairs.
From france : from the “pas de la casa” drive through a petite village called “port d´envalira” in direction of soldeu and you will arrive at the ski –station of el tarter. Passed the ski-station, turn immediately right and drive up the hill (ransol). At approx. 600 meters on your right and side you will see a phone pack, the reception of el tarter is located up the stairs.
