Valid for 01apr09-30dec09, 01jan10-31mar10:
- 1 night cancellation fee (per room cancelled) will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel.
- no refund in the event of a no-show or reduction of stay whilst in house.
Valid for 31dec09:
- a fee of 50% of the package cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 45-21 days prior to travel.
- no refund if cancelled 20 days or less prior to travel.
