General Description:	Quality budget accommodation in a landmark 1920s building. This hotel caters to the budget conscious traveller with its budget rooms with shared bathroom facilities through to the deluxe and premium ensuite rooms for the business and leisure traveller. Read the inclusions for each room type. The hotel has 24-hour reception, guest kitchen, coin-operated laundry, free cable tv, free guest internet terminal, and wireless access from $4 for 1 hour to $35 for 7 days. Centrally located in city, close to focal station for carry, and close to city shopping, chinatown, dear harbour. Walk to all city attractions. The hotel has a strict "no visitor" policy. Registered guest/s only permitted past reception.
Attractions:	The hotel is in the city of sydney, where there is an almost infinite supply of pastime - theatre, movies, restaurants, pubs, clubs, museums, art galleries and of course, shopping, shopping, shopping!!
Cancellation Policy:	At minimum 24 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of check in time, you will forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.
Car Parking:	Car parking tickets are available from the hotel for the wilson car park, goulburn street (3-minute walk). $20 for 24 hours parking ticket purchased from the hotel. These tickets allow multiple entry and exit! Guests are advised to read the conditions of entry to the carpark. The hotel is not responsible for misuse of the parking ticket/s.
Checkin Policy:	Check-in from 2pm. Luggage can be stored if the guest arrives before his/her room is ready. No access authorized to rooms before 8am. If timely check-in is required, the room should be booked from the previous night. Payment in full must be made upon check-in. If payment is made in cash, you will also be asked for a $100 security deposit which is refunded at check-out. If payment is made with your credit card, this is not required.
