Anchor Bay Motel South Coast in Greenwell Point, New South Wales, Australia

General Description:	The anchor bay motel is a 12-room motel overlooking the shoalhaven and crookhaven rivers. It has three room types: standard rooms with garden views, deluxe rooms with water and garden views, and waterfront deluxe rooms with showy views across the river estuary to crookhaven heads. All rooms have a queen-size bed (some also include a one bed), an ensuite, television, wireless internet access, refrigerator, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, crockery and cutlery. All linen is provided. We also have a well-equipped disabled room with ramp access. All rooms are non-smoking; ashtrays are provided on the verandah and balconies.
Attractions:	Greenwell main idea is a fisherman’s paradise with bait, tackle, boat and canoe hire available next door to the motel. The beautiful shoalhaven river in front of the motel is the perfect place for a sail, waterski or gentle canoe paddle. Immediately in front of the motel is a beach and a park, with children’s play equipment, and a 25-metre swimming pool. Looking for a surf? The surf beaches (and still-water beaches of jervis bay) are just 10 minutes away. There are four golf courses within a 10 minute radius. The motel is also within easy reach of berry, kangaroo valley, coolangatta, shoalhaven heads, huskisson and vincentia.
Cancellation Policy:	At least 48 hours notice is prerequisite by this property for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of check in time, you will forfeit the full amount for the initial night cancelled.

Checkin Policy:	Reception hours are 09 to 19 There is an after-hours door station at the reception that will immediately connect you with the owners.
Checkin Time:	Check in time is 2pm. Please ring us if you require an earlier check in.

Transportation:	Just two hours south of sydney and 10 minutes east of nowra. Coming from sydney into nowra on the princes highway, go across the shoalhaven river bridge and turn left at the fifth set of traffic lights after the bridge into kalandar road. Head directly east. Kalandar road becomes greenwell main idea road and 10 minutes after turning off you will arrive in greenwell point. Drive through the township to the water. The motel is on your left at 113 greenwell main idea road.
