Guests can access the eastern comfort hostel boat 24 hours a day by means of a door code.
The reception is open daily from 08:00 until 24:00. Check-in is feasible from 16:00 until 24:00. Guests must check-out before 11:00. Guests arriving earlier than the stated check-in time can leave their luggage in a secure storage room.
Free wi-fi internet access is obtainable in all areas of the boat.
