A comfortable country home with peaceful valley views, a relaxing garden and serene atmosphere. Its location is ideal for exploring orange and the surrounding scenic areas. Country hospitality is the theme - old-fashioned fare, homemade jams and preserves. Weddings, seminars/workshops can also be held here. There is a byo eatery seating up to 60 people. Dining information:
- continental breakfast obtainable for $15 per person; full cooked breakfast obtainable for $26 per person. The prices listed for breakfast, are for breakfast served in the dining room, in the eatery, your host's own kitchen or jasmin's own dining room. Room service is available. However the price per person for this service is an add-on $5.50.
- luncheon obtainable from approximately $12.50 per person.
- dinner obtainable from approximately $30 per person.
- children's meals are available; price is by arrangement with your host (jasmin).
- vegetarian and special diet meals are obtainable by arrangement with your host (jasmin).

Cancellation policy
The deposit will be refunded under the following conditions:
- cancellation must be given at least 1 week before the reservation date if it is a public holiday, long weekend or during peak periods (e.G. Shows, seminars or other local events).
- all other times require a least of 48 hours notice.
- deposits can be transferred to subsequent date at your request.
Corporate rates are available; discounts are also obtainable for stays of longer duration. Long term boarding rates are obtainable as well.
The standard deposit fee is $100 however please note that for large group bookings more deposit will be required.
Please note: pets are permitted however prior arrangement for this must be made with your host (jasmin).

In-ground car parking is available for all dwelling and eatery guests, and for all other visitors.

Children and supplementary guests are welcome.
Additional adults $30 per person per night.
