Please note that citiclub hotel is a non-smoking property, there are no smoking rooms or areas within the building. Monday - thursday: enter via the prime hotel entrance located on queen street. Friday - sunday: check in via little collins street entrance. A valid credit card is required upon check for a pre-authorisation of $100.00, along with photo id. Cash deposits are not accepted. Cancellations &/or changes to bookings are not accepted. Due to nightclub being open on friday, saturday, sunday nights and public holiday eve"s our rooms will be subject to highly elevated noise levels. We also run private functions which may run midweek, and may also affect noise levels. Please choose carefully as there will be no refunds or further discounts. Staying at hotel does not include bar/club entry. All patrons are required to line up, pay entrance fee and entry is subject to security"s approval.
