The apartments of south yarra is a little block containing twelve 1-bedroom serviced apartments located in the heart of melbourne"s contemporary fashion strip, south yarra. Located only 100 metres from the “sizzle” of chapel st, we are surrounded by many café"s, restaurants, bars, night clubs and retail boutique"s.
If you feel like a change from all that south yarra has to offer, a tram, or train (10 minutes travel), can quickly take you to melbourne"s many attractions.
All apartments contain a queen bed, shower ensuite, fully equipped kitchen, meals area, and a living room (sofa is a foldout double bed). flattering broadband internet is available. Off street parking included for single vehicle per apartment. Please note that access to all apartments on the first and second levels is via stairs only.

Check-in (from 1pm) & check-out (no later than 10am) at our other property, claremont guest house 189 toorak rd south yarra, vic 3141. The apartments are located only 5 mins walk away.
Reception at the claremont guest dwelling is staffed 24 hours.
$20 cash deposit per apartment critical, photo id, mobile phone number, and credit card details to be provided at check-in.
