The studio apartments possess single queen bed for 1 or 2 people, or you can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably in a one-bedroom apartment with single queen, single single and a sofa bed, or three singles and a sofa bed. The property offers guests additional facilities including an indoor/outdoor fully licensed cafe, guest laundry, free guest parking, secretarial services, wireless internet access, fax and email.
Attractions:	Within effortless distance of our establishment, either by tram or walking, we have the zoo, the aquarium, our magnificent new museum, the mcg and international tennis centre (rod laver arena), southbank and the casino, bridge road with its amazing range of fashion factory outlets and the city centre itself. Cancellation Policy:	At minimum 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of check in time, you will forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.
Car Parking:	We acquire complimetray on-site parking at the rear of this establishment. Permit required.
Checkin Policy:	Reception is open from 7am to 10pm mon - fri, and 7am to 9pm sat-sun. Any arrival after hours will require door code and critical out procedure. If you are arriving after 7pm mon-fri or 5pm sat-sun please contact the hotel on +61 3 9418 6666 for late check-in procedures.
Checkin Time:	Officially check in time is 2 pm, but we are very elastic depending on circumstances.
