Alto hotel on bourke is one of melbourne’s newest eco-friendly boutique apartment hotel’s and is one of the few “green star” rated, environmentally amiable hotels in the city. All rooms are non smoking. Smoking district on site.

The décor is stylish, modern and stylish, all bathrooms and kitchens are set out in granite and stainless steel, and the bedrooms and lounge rooms are decorated in plush, modern colours.
The hotel is high-up on technology; all rooms are wired for cable and wireless broadband, all have 2 telephones, including voice mail.
All units have flat screen lcd tv’s, the apartments also have a dvd and a second lcd tv in the main bedroom.
A complimentary massage and relaxation room is on premises and all guest automatically become temporary members of the nearby “fitness first” gym.
Breakfast is served every morning from 7 am in the ground floor a lounge.
Dinner & bar service is obtainable monday to friday from 5.30 and 6pm respectively, in the a lounge and from room service.
The a lounge also offers an inventive book exchange library in a cool but cozy setting, with an open fire and a complimentary espresso coffee, hot chocholate or tea.
