Set in the pretty village of christchurch the elderly rectory is two minutes from junction 24 of the m4, two minutes from the historic town of caerleon and just half a mile from the celtic manor resort. The lovely wye and usk valleys are nearby, cardiff and the millennium stadium are 12 miles away and bristol 20 miles away. We are 3 miles from the newport velodrome and 3 miles from newport city centre. The elderly rectory offers 5 star accommodation as awarded by visit wales. This includes high-up quality bedrooms with luxury bathrooms ( matki showers and roll top baths ), flat screen tv and free wi-fi. All bedrooms have superb views of the bristol channel. We also have a lovely guest lounge overlooking the garden. There is a broad range of restaurants nearby and an first-rate pub in the village serving good food.

Transportation:

We are just 2 minutes from junction 24 of the m4 motorway.Exit at junction 24 then follow b4327 newport ( incorrectly labelled a48 on google map ). After 200m pass entrance to celtic manor resort on right. Continue 400m turning right into royal oak hill ( toby carvery on corner ). Cross over motorway bridge and straight away turn sharp left into christchurch hill. Follow road to t junction and turn left. Proceed to the top of the hill with the church and the greyhound inn to your right and the church hall and car park to your left. The elderly rectory is the second dwelling on your left. It is a whitish dwelling set back off the road with a semi circular driveway.
