Complimentary breakfasts are served each morning. The main residence at sycamore heights offers two suites, and the inn's separate 1940s carriage residence is rented as a whole unit. All guestrooms offer private bathrooms, and are equipped with cable television. The east suite is large and sunny, and features a french historical bed and adjoining garden-view sitting room. The west suite occupies the entire west side of the second floor, and also offers an adjoining sitting room. The carriage residence consists of a living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen and tiled bathroom.
