General Description:	Holiday north apartments is a 3 storey walk-up apartment elaborate set in tropical gardens, located only a short stroll from a patrolled beach and 900m from cavill mall in surfers paradise. . The apartments attribute private balconies with breakfast table, fully self-contained kitchens including microwave oven, automatic washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities, ceiling fans and heaters. All linen is supplied with a weekly service. Air-conditioning is available in some of our units. Air-conditioning is an additional charge. Facilities in the elaborate include a heated swimming pool and spa, bbq, foxtel (additional charge) and basement security parking. You can hire various equipment including rice cookers, strollers, boogie boards, beach towels, beach umbrellas and hair dryers. There is a tour desk for all your booking needs.
Cancellation Policy:	Valid for 01apr08-31mar10: - no refund if cancelled 7 days or less previous to travel or in the event of a no-show. If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.
Car Parking:	flattering car parking - 1 car per unit.
Checkin Policy:	For after hours access, lift telephone located outside the office and wait for service. Christmas day no check-in/check-out. Reception closed.
