- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less previous to travel.
- 3 nights cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a no-show.

- no refund for bookings cancelled 7 days or less previous to travel or in the event of a no-show.

- for bookings made less than 10 days previous to travel, payment is required within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled. In these circumstances, cancellation fees will not be charged.
