Set on 320 acres of uncomplicated shrub and rainforest with lovely cedar creek running through. The story book setting of thunderbird parks offers guests uncomplicated splendour, with high-up plateaus, tumbling waterfalls, virgin rainforest and uncomplicated bushland. It also sits on the amazing geological phenomenon of the worlds largest and most imposing deposit of thundereggs. These timeless shells of agate, amethyst, quartz and jasper were laid by volcanic activity 200 million years ago! Add to this horse trail rides, wildlife sanctuary with koalas and kangaroos, trolley-bus tours of the mountain and its wineries etc, in-house massages and reflexology, tai chi qi gong clinics and an endless supply of walking trails, and you have found your choice getaway.

Up to two children aged up to and including and including twelve, can stay in a hillside lodge for free.
Cedar creek lodges is extremely child-friendly with lots of activities for children of all ages.
Kids club is available. Please note that a least of 6 children are prerequisite to run the kids club. Also, advance bookings are necessary.
Child minding is available. Please note that advance notice is required!
