We are 2 minutes from cavill avenue and between cavill avenue and elkhorn avenue on the esplanade - north of mcdonalds corner. In the heart of surfers paradise as well as across the esplanade from the renowned surfers paradise beach - with flags and lifesavers for swimming. At the sands is also centrally located between the two largest shopping centres on the gold coast, pacific fair at broadbeach and australia fair at southport. Please note - at the sands will not accept bookings for same day arrivals monday to friday after 12 pm - no same day bookings saturday, sunday or public holidays At the sands holiday apartments does not accept cancellation or modifications for bookings made with rates to go. Attractions:	When staying at the sands, the heated swimming pool is obtainable from 8 am to 8 pm. Walk across the esplanade to swim in the surf or sunbake on the sandy beach. Walk 2 mins to the shops, restaurants, takeaways or late night shopping as local and asian supermarkets are open to 9 pm monday to friday. Local bus services to shopping centres and theme parks. Drives to the hinterland and mountains and carrara markets saturday and sundays. Casino and numerous quality golf courses for the enthusiasts.

Car Parking:	If security car parking for guest vehicle (one space only) is prerequisite, this must be advised when booking accommodation to allow a car space to be allocated to the unit and key. Allocated space must be used as the spaces are privately owned. Kindly advise if you are flying/hiring a car or driving as well as highly possible time of arrival.
