Checkin Policy:	Please go to reception and our affable staff will assist you with check in. After hours checkins will need to contact management through the intercom at reception, press reception. No same day arrivals will be accepted after 5.00pm

Child Policy:	Our 2 bedroom apartment rates are based on 4 folk sharing existing bedding. For any extra person to a maximum of 5 folk, the extra person rate is $25.00 per night per extra person. Our 3 bedrooms apartments are a maximum of 7 folk and our 1 bedrooms are a maximum of 2 people.

Transportation:	From brisbane: drive south along the m1 motorway and turn left at the surfers paradise exit. Once in surfers paradise, follow the gold coast highway towards sea world then turn right at the yacht club. We are located on the beach front of prime beach parade.
