General Description:	High-rise building with larger than habitual self-contained apartments. Located midway between centremost surfers and the modish main beach restaurants. Patrolled surf beaches are just accross the road. There is a large heated swimming and wading pool with plenty of space for the children to run in the gardens. All apartments are non-smoking. A $200.00 credit card pre auth bond is required for each apartment upon check in. Reception hours are 9 am - 5 pm weekdays & 9 am - 12 noon on weekends & public holidays. Weekend and public holiday check in time is 11.45 am. You must phone ahead to arrange after hours key pick up
Attractions:	Theme parks, surf beach activities, budds beach river activities and picnic grounds, shopping, restaurants, tours, walks, casinos, wineries, rail outings, hot air balloon rides, joy flights, cinemas, golf, horseriding, markets, bungy jumping. The children will enjoy searching for goldie the water dragon lizard and his companion, who reside in our garden.
Cancellation Policy:	In the case of no show and if you cancel or amend your booking, 100% cancellation and amendment fee of the entire booking amount applies.
Car Parking:	One (1) secure basement car space is provided per apartment. Additional spaces are available at $5.00 per night.
Checkin Policy:	Reception hours 9 am-5 pm weekdays & 9am-12noon weekends & public holidays. Weekend and public holiday check in time is 11.45am. Transportation:	Follow the gold coast highway to surfers paradise. Golden gate is located 1.2km north of cavil mall, just after the ocean avenue intersection. We have entrances from both the north- and south-bound lanes. The north-bound lane is opposite australis soverign. The south-bound lane is opposite red rooster.
