General Description:	San mateo is a an graceful 4½ star mediterranean style mid-range rise 8 level building with 29 apartments consisting of 1xbedroom apts, 2xbedroom family apts and 2xbedroom 2xbathroom penthouse apartments. Most apartments acquire ocean views. 1xbedroom apartments acquire a queen bed and foldout sofa, 2xbedroom family apartments acquire a queen bed and two single beds and 2xbed 2xbath penthouse apartments vary but some acquire a queen bed, twofold bed and a single bed while others acquire a queen and two single beds. All apartments are fully self contained. The ultramodern full size kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, bench oven, hotplates and grill. The laundry contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Colour remote control television with free foxtel is available in all apartments. All linen, bath towels, soap and starter tea/coffee/milk are supplied. Centrally located 1 block back from the patrolled beach between surfers paradise and broadbeach and a short stroll along the beach promenade to the shopping centres and cafes. Also handy to jupiters casino and gold coast convention centre. Please note that property does not accept bookings made with the same day arrivals after 5pm.
