The millhouse is located in slane in co meath between drogheda and navan and on the east coast of ireland. Lying along the banks of the boyne at the bridge in slane on the n2 (only 40 minutes from dublin city centre) the millhouse lies in the heart of county meath's tourist trail surrounded by legend and lore five minutes from the megalithic burial mounds of newgrange, knowth and dowth known as the valley of kings. Twenty minutes from the hill of tara. single minute from slane castlefrom dublin cross the bridge at slane on the n2 and turn right immediately. Lookout for the landmark building of the mill and huge mill chimney which are unmissable from the bridge over the boyne river.From slane turn left at the bottom of the steep hill.By planefly to dublin airport which is a 35-minute drive from the millhouse. Take the m1 from the airport as distant as drogheda taking the donore exit, follow signs to donore - then to slane. By busbuses depart 5 times daily from dublin's bus station (busarus) to slane.
