General Description:	Located at burleigh heads on the gold coast, aussie resort is a 3.5 star property with over forty self contained one bedroom, non smoking units obtainable to rent. All units have sofa beds in the lounge for supplementary guests.There is a full kitcken with a stove, fridge and microwave. The ensuite bathroom has a washing machine and drier. most units have reverse cycle airconditioning. All units have direct dial std phones. Although the unique australia-shaped swimming pool and spa and our award winning gardens are a characteristic of the intricate, we are located only 50m from lovely burleigh beach, which is one of the most appealing on the gold coast.
Attractions:	The theme parks are only a short drive away. Our tour desk can organise trips to any of the broad range of gold coast activities, including whale watching (in season), visits to the growing queensland wine industry, tours to the lovely gold coast hinterland, including o"reilly"s and uncomplicated arch.The casino is only a short taxi ride away.
Cancellation Policy:	At least 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of check in time, you will forfeit the full amount for the initial night cancelled.

We are only 5 or 6 minutes walk from the first-rate restaurants of burleigh, and less than 10 minutes drive from the shops of pacific fair, broadbeach and surfers paradise. Coolangatta airport is a 20 minute drive away, with public carry stops 50m away on the gold coast highway. Brisbane airport is only an hour away with connections obtainable through train or shuttle bus.
