General Description:	Paradise grove is fully self contained apartments offering you total relaxation whilst being close to all attractions. Paradise offers 2 outdoor swimming pools, an outdoor spa, 3 bbq areas, security parking for each apartment and a licensed bar/social club on-site. 3 storey apartments, stairs no lifts. A short stroll from paradise leads you to the lovely award winning & patrolled burleigh beach & national park with numerous bbq/ family areas and childrens playground, on your way back to paradise you can indulge your self with all the tasty restaurants & shops that burleigh has to offer. All our apartments are fitted with air conditioning however a charge of $7p/night with a $50 cash far deposit is required. Pick up far from the office & pay for usage & deposit. Cards accepted: visa, mastercard & eftpos .... No amex / diners. No gaurantee on paticualar apartment due to health, safety and fire regulations. Please ensure guests confirm their booking with paradise grove once they have confirmation from need it now.

Cancellation Policy:	This property will not accept cancellations or amendments to bookings. Refunds are not available.
Car Parking:	1 secure carpark per apartment either garage or underground parking...All other vehicles are street parking...No exceptions!
Checkin Policy:	Check in: 2pm at reception (qld) If arriving outside of office hours please contact reception before the arrival date to confirm where the keys, map & instructions will be. Mon - fri 9am to 5pm, sat 9am to 12pm & sun 10am to 12pm (phone 55 763 833) important.... Cancellation: previous to 72 hours of arrival date, full refund less $30 admin fee. If cancellation is within 72 hours of the arrival date, refund less 1 full nights accommodation will be authroised.

Child Policy:	Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Cots and hire chairs obtainable for hire $10 per night or $50 max, linen is not provided for cots or facewashers. Bedding by itself starts at $15 p/night.$75 p/wk in low, $90 p/wk in mid, $100 p/wk in high-up season.

Transportation:	From north, take exit 85 reedy creek rd (which connects with west burleigh rd)off the pacific m'wy, follow the road all the way into burleigh heads. Stay in left lane after crossing james & burleigh st traffic lights & pull into paradise grove driveway straight away after the â€œburleigh terracesâ€ resort. If you miss the driveway, stay in the left lane & turn into the burleigh heads primary school driveway & park in the school car park, which is opposite our reception. From south, passing coolangatta airport, do not take the pacific m'way exit, go straight ahead, along the gold coast h'wy 10-15 minutes you will be in burleigh heads. Turn left at the second set of traffic lights after passing through the traffic lights at the caltex service station on the corner of goodwin terrace. As you turn left into west burleigh rd, straight away turn right into the service rd that runs along the gold coast h'wy, turn into the burleigh heads primary school driveway & park in the school car park.
