There will be current external work at breakfree beachpoint. This will involve the wash down of the building, repairs to concrete on the outside of the building and eventually repainting of the complex. This work will be carried out from 7am-3pm and jack hammering will only take place from 10am and finishing by 2pm. Guest will experience some noise and loss of use of balconies under construction area. All building facilities will be open and accessible to all occupants of the building. Some work will be carried out on the balconies of some apartments. A schedule of work will be posted weekly in the lifts of the complex advising guests and residents alike of where and when the vital work will be taking place.
