We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and minor delays in the short term but once complete the result will be a more efficient lift service for our future guests.The beginning date for this project is monday 24 april and it is probable to take approximately 11 weeks for the lift upgrade to be complete.We possess been assured that the works in general will be reasonably tranquil, however the occasional drilling into masonry will need to be done. Cancellation Policy:	At minimum 72 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of check in time, you will forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.

Checkin Policy:	Cancellations received by the hotel 72 hours previous to the date of arrival shall not be subject to any penalties. Should a cancellation be received within 72 hours of arrival date (calculated from midnight), then a single night room rate charge will be applied.
