Cancellation Policy:	Valid for 01apr08-31mar10: - no refund if cancelled 7 days or less previous to travel or in the event of a no show. Short notice bookings valid for 01apr08-31mar09: - for bookings made less than 10 days previous to travel, payment is required within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled. In these circumstances, cancellation fees will not be charged. If after arrival clients are disatissfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.

Checkin Policy:	Any guests who arrive outside office hours can contact the transtel operator via the intercom system next to the front door. For late arrival, crucial will be left in their letterbox. The operator will unlock the prime doors and gives the guests their room number so they can gather their keys.
