The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, you just need to bring food and your own beach towel. Our facilities include a outdoor swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, a large indoor heated spa, sauna, half size tennis court and covered bbq area. Checkin Policy:	Check in time: 1400hrs, check out time: 1000hrs Our office hours are 9-5pm weekdays, and 9-12 over weekends and public holidays. Check in time is 2pm weekday, and 12 noon on weekends. If you are going to be a late arrival, please call us prior to your arrival date and ask for the code where your unit keys will be left in a locked box outside the building.

Transportation:	A shuttle bus meets all flights at gold coast airport. From brisbane and gold coast airport just follow the signs to surfers paradise. Stay on the gold coast highway into surfers paradise and turn into palm avenue just by the bundy jump and travel 300m to the the river, spectrum apartments is on the corner of palm avenue and river drive.
