General Description:	Avocado sunset bed & breakfast is set on 3 landscaped acres, and pampers you with spacious accommodation, with our 4 newly renovated suites, decorated in themes, each with its own special character including: the african safari, the oriental experience, the english dorset and the australian daintree room. All will exceed your expectations. Each suite is filled with amenities including bar fridges, coffee & tea making facilities, tv & dvd (with a good selection of dvd movies on hand), also plates, glasses & cutlery, airconditioning and queen sized beds. Two suites include a fireplace, and 3 have a spa bath. The suites have balconies for viewing the serenity and beauty of the canungra valley and the great dividing range, and one has a lovely garden courtyard that catches the morning sun. Our large guest lounge, with cosy fireplace and roomy dinning room, is focal to all suites. On friday & saturday nights indulge in a complimentary champagne and nibblies, and be mesmerized by the cloud formations at sunset. Our stylish decor, fresh mountain air, magnificent views and gourmet breakfasts will satisfy the urbane traveller. A relaxing escape awaits you in our mountain retreat. We are only a few minutes drive from all the mount tamborine attractions, such as markets, cafes, bushwalking, restaurants, shops, etc.

Cancellation Policy:	At minimum 72 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of check in time, you will forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.
