All suites and villas contain fully equipped kitchens. However, if requested, they can provide a breakfast hampers or daily cooked breakfast. If you feel outdoorsy, you can cook you own barbeque by the pool. Leisure facilities at the hotel include a gymnasium, sauna, spa and swimming pool.

Valid for 23oct08-26oct08, 25dec08-25jan09: - no cancellation fee if booking cancelled 8 days or more prior to travel. - 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show. Valid for 01apr09-18sep09, 05oct09-21oct09, 26oct09-24dec09, 26jan10-31mar10: - 1 night cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel. - 2 night cancellation fee if cancelled 48 hours or less previous to travel. - no refund in the event of no-show. Valid for 19sep09-04oct09, 22oct09-25oct09, 25dec09-25jan10: - no refund if cancelled 7 days or less previous to travel or in the event of no-show.
Car Parking:	Every villa has a garage where guests can park their cars. Visitor parking is also available. Parking is complimentary for in-house guests and their visitors.
Checkin Policy:	Our reception hours are from 7am to 10 pm. For guests arriving after 10pm, please persuade guests to call us at 07-55970650 previous to 10pm so that we can provide an after hours number to organise a check in. School leaver fm 22nd nov 08 - 14th dec 08. Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years. For minors - under 18 years of age traveling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.

Dining:	Although there is no food & beverage outlets on site, royal woods resort is within a short drive to local restaurants, and also offers a range of take-away menus which can be delivered to the resort. Nearby take-away includes: chinese, indian & pizza which is obtainable for both lunch and dinner. If you wish to venture out a small further broadbeach and main beach also offer popular eatery strips for dining inside or al fresco.
