Cancellation Policy:	Valid for 01apr08-31mar09: - no refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show. - if after arrival clients are unsatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property management. Valid for 01apr09-31mar10: - 1 night cancellation fee if cancelled 24 hours or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show.

Transportation:	From brisbane take exit 62 just past movieworld through helensvale, past harbour town and into brisbane rd. Turn left at lights at the broadwater - go 4 blocks. From coolangatta, continue north past southport along marine pde until brisbane rd. Continue north through the lights for 4 blocks.
