- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less previous to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings of 10 nights or more if cancelled 72 hours or less previous to travel or in the event of no-show.
- no refund if cancelled after guests possess checked in.

- no refund if cancelled 7 days or less previous to travel or in the event of no-show.

From brisbane airport - follow airport drive and turn left onto the gateway motorway. Continue for approx. 25kms and the highway will become the pacific highway. Follow signs to the gold coast and take the southport / surfers paradise exit. Follow signs to surfers paradise. Turn left off the gold coast highway into view avenue.
From coolangatta airport - turn left onto the gold coast highway and follow the signs to surfers paradise. Turn right from the gold coast highway into elkhorn avenue, left into the esplanade and left again into view avenue.
