One-bedroom self-contained apartments in a beachside location, all with ocean views. Features include a heated swimming pool, spa, bbq locality, free undercover parking and lift access. The beach is across the road, and it"s only about a 5 minute walk into surfers paradise.
Every apartment gets a fabulous view of surfers paradise beach, with its pristine sand and rolling surf. The middle apartments on each floor acquire a balcony with outdoor setting, while the end ones are even more spacious and acquire extensive views, but no balcony. The apartments attribute a fully equiped kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge etc, full bathroom, separate bedroom with queen bed and free foxtel.
From shore apartments, it is just a short stroll to the heart of surfers paradise, with all the excitement it has to offer. wonderful shops, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, night clubs and much much more. There is a convenience store, bottle shop and bus stop on the back boundary of the property. Directly opposite the beach, it is an ideal spot for your distinctive action-packed or quiet quiet holiday.

| Cancellation Policy: |
At minimum 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of check in time, a refund is not available.

Free undercover parking in the basement with lift access to your apartment or reception. Also free outdoor parking district at rear of building. Pickup/setdown district at front door.

Driving yourself :-
From north ( brisbane) when you get to southport follow gold coast highway ( surfers paradise boulevard )towards surfers. Turn left into ocean ave & you will see the shore on your right.
From south ( coolangatta ) when you get to surfers township, turn right & go to the waterfront ( the esplanade ). Turn left & after aprox 4 blocks & turn left into ocean ave. The shore is on the corner of the esplanade & ocean ave
