Situated at the entrance of the authentic area of sidi mimoun and close to the newish royal palace, the riad aderbaz is 07 minutes distant from the djemaa el fna and the saadiens tombs. Recently refurbished in style ( 2007 ), this little guesthouse offers all comfort needed for a comfortable stay in a traditional place. Hafida and saïd aderbaz, brother and sister, critically and kindly manage their family riad. They alternate all day long different posts, like breakfast cooked by hafida, or saïd being on the look -out for you to be back from a stroll… they will rapidly prove to be important to your stay . The riad can accommodate 12 people and offers single little bedroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor and the last single on the terrace . A wall fountain dominates the little swimming pool which is surrounded by balustrades, ideal for the safety of the children. Two living rooms, single open on the patio and the other with a fireplace welcome guests for breakfast.The terrace filled with bougainvilleas is equipped with deckchairs to complete the whole unity.Idealy located interior the medina in a working-class but safety area, a short walk from the prime touristic places, and also near to a car park guarded 24 hours a day, the house is a real guesthouse managed by hafida and said aderbaz, and this is the strong point of this riad.
