The deluxe rooms are located on the top floor with a balcony and a spiffing view of both the lagoon and the sea. There are tables and chairs to enjoy the sunshiny weather or to benefit from the evening breeze from the sea. Hotel is placed in a relaxing residential district, close to all the amenities, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the lido pier from which there are 10 more minutes to san marco square. A small usual venetian canal allows water taxi access just at the entrance of the hotel.
