The oudaya is a ultramodern, holiday hotel situated in marrakech's 'new city' locality of gueliz, two kilometres from the bustling jamaa el fna square. This five-floor property features 159 air-conditioned guestrooms in which warm, locally-influenced decor blends with simple moroccan furnishings. All rooms include satellite television, phones, hair dryers and safes. After a day's sightseeing, guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool or relax in the hotel's hammam or sauna. The rooms are average size but all equipped with tv and air-conditioning. Some rooms include a terrace or a balcony. The bathrooms are a bit small but comfy enough. The decoration is modern. The rooms are immaculate and in good condition.

Bus 11 runs from the airport to the centre of marrakech every half an hour although services can be unpredictable. There are taxiphones in the arrival and departure lounges and taxis can be caught near the bus stop. It is recommended to agree the price before commencing the journey.
