It was in 1495 that krakow's jewish population was forced to relocate to kazimierz and they settled in the eastern part of the district. For hundreds of year, kazimierz was a multicultural area where jew and christian co-existed peacefully. Kazimierz has undergone a renaissance, making it one of krakow's premier locations, with many bars, cafes and galleries; it is also the main party zone in krakow. Press number 3 on the intercom at the entrance to the office building and go to the first floor where the office is situated. Please note that the apartments are not located at the office address, so it is advised to give us a call on arrival to make the check-in procedure easy for you. Reception is open from 10 am to 6 pm. Transportation:	From krakow balice international airport (krk): distance to kazimierz house is 15 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive. getting there. A free shuttle bus is available to the airport train station, which is 200 metres away from the terminal. A train runs every 30 minutes between krakow dworzec glowny station, and the airport from 4 a.M. To midnight. Tickets can be paid for on the train, with a single journey costing about 4 pln and taking about 15 minutes.
