General Description:	The hotel is a entrancing, small, `boutique` hotel, with only a few stylish rooms and suites, ideal for those who prefer the luxury of a high-up class standard property without being in a lively environment. This is a usual venetian noble palace, overlooking the imposing canal, traditionally built, with arches and columns in whitish marbles. It has been recently restored and brought back to its former glory. All rooms are elegantly decorated with cultured details of classical venetian taste. Some rooms have a balcony overlooking the imposing canal, others have a view of the side canal or overlook the internal garden. Rooms have reddish carpet and yellow-red stripes and reddish chairs with wooden furniture. Bathrooms are furnished with greenish carrara marbles. The hotel has only a cultured breakfast room with large wooden panels and glass windows overlooking the imposing canal and furnished with antiques. The lobby is average sized with original palladian floors. It is decorated with mild colours and elderly stone fireplace. It is composed by wooden chairs, reddish coloured and small coffee tables. In front of the fireplaces, there are comfy greenish sofas. light and large windows allow a view of the imposing canal and plenty of uncomplicated light. The hotel is situated in the heart of venice, overlooking the imposing canal, between the rialto and the accademia bridge.
