From truro follow a39 signs to falmouth (approximately 10 miles). Before the falmouth bypass you will arrive at the treluswell roundabout; follow sign to penryn; do not go into town centre; proceed towards penryn bridge; 0.5 mile before bridge you will see a texaco garage on your right. 50 yards past this turn left into church road ( signposted flushing and mylor) go past st gluvius church on the right. Follow around sharp bend; bay view sign will then be in view; turn sharp left up to the house.
