General Description:	'nature and comfort in the hearth of tuscany' in a medieval village surrounded by olive groves and forest trees, located in the florentine chianti hills, close to florence, siena and arezzo. You may choose from 9 apartments, skilfully restored in the 2005, of dissimilar types and sizes (starting for 2 person up to 9/10 persons); some of the apartments are inside a medieval tower and a country dwelling dating back to 1700, some others in the adjoining houses are dated 1800. All apartments have a living room, kitchen/cooking space (two plates) with dishwasher, bedroom/bedrooms, shower, air conditioning (excluding apartment s.L. 10), heating, tv and most of them have confidential and furnished gardens or terraces. After having walked trough the lovely surrounding woods, you may choose to fondle your body and relax your mind in the new jacuzzi pool on a panoramic terrace, near the swimming-pool (sizes: 17x7mtrs, depth 1, 40 mtr) set in olive grove, where also children have their own confidential water-playing pool (depth 30 cm). subsequent delight is to follow a path inside the farm, leading to the 'cinta senese' breading pigs and numerous other farm animals including, rabbits, ducks, turkeys etc.... In the village you may then taste and buy the farm's numerous products, such as extra-virgin olive oil, honey and 'zolfini' beans. Special.... Cancellation Policy:	In case of no show or late cancellation, these terms will apply: 90% of total amount, to 8 days prior to date of stay 100% of complete amount into the last seven days.

Checkin Policy:	Chek in time from 04:00 p.M. Up to 07:00 p.M. (pls call us to 0039 339 8898005 in case of later arrival or check in is not guaranteed) Chek out time by 10:00 a.M. On arrival: - safety deposit euros 150.00 to be returned on departure if all is in order. On departure: residence cleaning charges: euros 15.00 per person (child under 3 years old free). During may and june: check in on saturday, sunday, monday tuesday only - check out on wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday.

Transportation:	How to reach us: A1 motorway exit 'incisa' (the next exit after 'firenze sud' if you are travelling from the north, or the next exit after 'valdarno' if you are travelling from the south). Take the initial left (s.S. 69) and follow the signs for 'figline valdarno'. Once in figline valdarno follow the direction for siena-greve in chianti- ponte agli stolli (a right hand turn before a bridge) s.P.16. Drive for 4 kms and at the sign 'ponte agli stolli' take the initial right hand following the sign 'celle'. After about 1 km of a country lane, the initial village on your left hand side is residenza san leo.
