Pacific fair, the casino and the gold coast convention centre are on our doorstep and the great persons watching broadbeach cafe scene is a short walk away. And of course the lifeguard-patrolled, lovely mermaid beach itself, is moments away at the end of our road. There is a pool, heated spa and sauna as well as a bbq area. Mermaid beach park view apartments are fully secured and guests have their own safe underground parking bay. Mermaid beach park view is an ideal choice for couples in choosy or small groups looking for a wonderfully located, relaxed alternative. Being totally self-contained, each air conditioned apartment offers all the consoles of home including cable tv, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. So, whether you seek sunshiny days on the beach, lively shopping expeditions and glamorous evenings out or if you have your sights set on the legendary theme parks or if your choice is a good read by the pool and relaxed evenings in, look no further. Attractions:	Mermaid beach is literally in the geographical centre of the gold coast strip. entirely everything for which the gold coast is celebrated is close at hand or a short drive away. For customers, pacific fair is moments away by foot and the trendy broadbeach cafe scene is within walking distance. Mermaid beach itself is 100 m away.
Cancellation Policy:	If you cancel or amend your booking more than 5 days a 1 night cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel less than 5 days (120hours), a 3 night cancellation and amendment fee will apply. If you cancel your booking less than 1 day or no show 100% cancellation and amendment fee of the entire booking amount applies.
Car Parking:	Every apartment has it own designated parking space in our secure car space. Guests are issued with a security fob to be able to have access to the car park. Car parking is free of charge.
Checkin Policy:	Closed for all check-ins sat and sun 1.00pm to 5.00pm. Guests arriving after 5.00pm on any day, must contact park view 48 hours in advance to ensure apartment access. Late arrival fees apply : after 7.00pm = $10.00. After 9.00pm = $20.00. No arrivals after midnight. On arrival a valid credit card (visa or mastercard only) is mandatory.
Checkin Time:	2.00pm. Sat closed from 1.00pm. Re-open at 5.00pm and on sundays only by direct previous arrangement.
Checkout Time:	10.00 am. Late check outs may be available. There is a petite charge for a late check out.
Child Policy:	Rates for single brm apartment are for 2 people sharing single queen bed. extra guests, incl children/infants are charged at $27.00 p.N. Rates for two brm apartment are for 4 people. Bed configuration is single queen bed and two single beds. extra guests, incl children/infants, are charged at $27.00 p.N. It should be noted that park view is not particularly suited to children.

Transportation:	Mermaid beach park view is in ventura road which runs from the "surf side" of the gold coast highway down to the beach. Driving south, soon after passing broadbeach / pacific fair, ventura road is approached from the left and if driving north along hedges avenue, is also approached from the left. The regular buses which travel up and down the coast stop very close by. For incoming holiday-makers, gold coast airport (at coolangatta) is around 20 minutes away by bus or taxi and the railway station at robina is even closer. customary door-to-door shuttles operate from both the gold coast and brisbane domestic and international airports.
