We offer a mild welcome and 11 confidential ensuite rooms all decorated to a good standard offering you immaculate and comfy budget accommodation. We provide you with the choice base to explore blackpool and surrounding areas. Centrally located in blackpool we are near to all of the main attractions, winter gardens, town centre and promenade. We cater expressly for families, walkers and cyclists, school groups, international backpackers, business travellers, specialist groups (sorry no stag or hens). We are family run and offer a comfy environment to make the most of your stay with roomy public areas including sun lounge, basement bar and games room and dining room. We offer free internet, wi-fi and skype should you need to contact families and friends overseas. We include a hearty breakfast in all of our tariffs and new for this year, we have a self catering district in the dining room offering a combination microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge. Help yourself to tea and coffee throughout the day at no supplementary cost. The basement bar is an ideal place to enjoy home cooked food. We offer an extensive menu to cater for your budget. special diets and children’s meals are also available.
