General Description:	Hotel duchess is situated in varna, bulgaria's third-largest city and the country's prime port. The city holds an annual international music festival from mid june to mid july. The villa has been completely refurbished and converted into a hotel with conference facilities. From the hotel you can make excursions to the black sea and the danube river, visit the sights of varna or the many places of interest within the region. Duchess features a bar and a conference room for meetings, training sessions or cultural events. There are four bedrooms on the first floor and other four rooms on the second floor, greatest of them facing the sea.
