Shopping in the lanes and north laine is within effortless reach, again within a few minutes' walk.

Colson dwelling can only accept children over 12 and is unable to accommodate animals, other than assistance dogs.

Follow signs to the seashore and brighton pier. At the pier, and looking out to sea, take a left at the roundabout, up marine parade, past harry ramsdens and the bars. At initial traffic lights, turn left (signed for brighton racecourse)and you are in lower rock gardens. Over the next lights and we are on the left.
