Cancellation Policy:	If cancellation is done less than 7 days for weekdays bookings and 14 days for weekend bookings, previous to arrival we will charge the client for the nights we did not manage to re let.

These vouchers are for the residence bays around the hotel which are safe and secure. There is also an ncp car park nearby (off st james street which is marked on the map above) or parking in the square on the meters (free between 6pm and 9am).

Turn left onto marine parade and we are the 8th turning on the left, and are located in the top left hand corner of the square.By coach, turn left out of the coach station onto the seafront and walking passed the pier (on your right) go up marine parade and we are 8th turning on the left, and are located in the top left hand corner of the square (approximately 2 minute walk).Parking in brighton isnt easy! However, we sell parking vouchers at our reception, with spaces located just a few minutes away, at a cost of £5 for 24 hours. These vouchers are for the residence bays in zone c and are safe and secure. There is also an ncp car park nearby (off st. James street) which is marked on the map above. Alternatively there is pay meter bays on the square which are free of charge overnight (from 6pm to 9am).
