Attractions:	There are numerous local attraction as albany is the oldest european settlement in western australia dating back to 1826. You can enjoy the fascinating heritage by visiting museums and antique buildings. Then there is lots of sightseeing to do as the coastline is spiffing and views from mountain tops. Visiting beaches, swimming and fishing are just some of the things you can do. Harbour and river cruises, whale watching from jun-oct and wildflowers from aug-nov. There are shrub walks on the doorstep with effortless access to mt clarence and the legendary bibbulman track, one of the world's most scenic and relaxing settings. There is amusement as the town has numerous initial class restaurants, cafes and bars.

Checkin Policy:	Office hours are from 8.00am until 12 noon and 2.00pm thru until 6pm. If your eta is after 6pm please ring us and we will arrange for a late check in. Rooms:	Studio unit - our quaint, cheap, studio units are perfect for the single traveller or couple. The studio units possess a queen size bed and all linen and towels are provided. Each studio unit has its own ensuite and underfloor vented gas heating. The fully self contained kitchens possess a cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator. flattering tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided for the first night of your stay. A tv and dvd player are provided for your entertainment. One bedroom unit - our single bedroom units will sleep up to 4 guests. They all possess a queen size bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Two of the units also possess an extra single bed. Each single bedroom unit has its own bathroom facilities and gas heating. All kitchens are fully equipped with a cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator. There is a tv and dvd player in all units and linen and towels are supplied. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided for the first night of your stay. Two bedroom unit - relax and spend time with friends and family in our country style, two bedroom units. Each unit has a queen size bed in single bedroom and twin share facilities in the second bedroom. A sofa bed in the lounge area provides additional bedding if required. All linen and towels are provided. Each two bedroom unit has its own bathroom facilities and gas heating. The fully self contained kitchens possess a cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle and big refrigerator. A tv and dvd player are provided for your entertainment. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided for the first night of your stay. Two bedroom unit with harbour views - unit four is a classy, spacious unit that has town and harbour views. It is on the second floor and has an internal stair case. (18 steps) The big kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cook top and oven, big refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle. The prime bedroom has a semi ensuite and contains a queen size bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area and in the down stairs entry to accommodate additional guests. All linen and towels are provided and the unit has gas heating. A tv and, vcr and dvd player are provided for your entertainment. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided for the first night of your stay. Morrison cottage - located high on serpentine rd, 1 km from york st, is our charming jarrah lined employees cottage. Relax on the deck and enjoy the views over albany and your own private garden. Morrison cottage has three spacious bedrooms, a separate tv room, lounge room, laundry and fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom there is a beautiful deep bath and separate shower. Two bedrooms contain a queen size bed, whilst the huge third bedroom contains two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the tv room and in the lounge room for additional guests. All linen and towels are provided. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning keeps the cottage cool in summer and warm in winter. The country kitchen has a full oven, big refrigerator and microwave. Complimentary tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits are provided for the first night of your stay. Off street parking, close to the cottage is available. Cots and high chairs are provided free of charge.
Transportation:	The easiest way to reach my place is to head down york st (main street) and turn left at the post office. You will travel down a one way street and will see the my place sign as you approach the round about. My place is located on the right hand side of grey st, directly ahead.
